1) Do you deliver your products outside the UK?
No, all orders via my website are for UK addresses only. However, if you wish to
commission me, please contact me for a quote, which will include the postage and
packaging costs to your destination country.
2) What are your delivery charges?
Postage and packaging costs are already included in the selling prices.
3) How will I know what my final greeting card or drawing look like?
For greeting cards, a sample ordered can be previewed by sending a jpeg image to your
email address.
For pictorial drawings, a proof will be sent by email so changes can be made to the
drawing prior to posting you the completed picture.
4) How long my card/drawing/photograph will last?
Greeting cards are made form durable and strong, quality paper and coloured card.
All pictorial drawings done in pencil will be adhered to the paper by use of a fixative, to
prevent further smudging. This will not impair the quality of the drawing.
Photographs are printed using quality photographic paper at 250gsm. High quality inks are
printed onto semi-glossy or glossy paper. To prevent fading, prints can be framed placed
behind glass.
5) What are the measurements for paper sizes from A6 through to A2?
Unless otherwise stated on product listings, the standard paper sizes are:
A6 - 105 x 148mm
A5 - 210 x 148mm
A4 - 297 x 210mm
A3 - 420 x 297mm
A2 - 594 x 420mm
6) Can I order without having to pay Paypal fees?
Yes, you will be invoiced directly and be required to pay by BACS, cheque or postal order.
7) Is there a price list available?
You can request for a price list by clicking on Contact Us tab opposite. The price list includes lists
of items on my website and 'off-line' prices, which does not inlcude postage and packaging
or Paypal surcharges. An invoice shall be sent to you if you wish to pay be an alternative
method other than Paypal.
