Order and Delivery

 

Orders

Orders will proceed once full payment is received.  Please allow 7 working days from the

receipt of your order and an additional 2-3 days for delivery of your order with the

exception of pictorial drawings, which will be in 10 working days.  Please view Ordering

Guidelines page under 'Drawings and Paintings' paragraph for more details.  A ‘working

day’ is weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

 

Orders can be accepted without Paypal fees and/or postage and packaging charges.  

Please see under Payment methods on the Terms and Conditions page for further details.

 

Christmas Orders

For large commissioned items, the deadline is at the end of October.  Smaller commissions

i.e. A4 portraits will be accepted until end of November.


Postage

Postage and packaging and PayPal fees are already included in the selling price.  This

applies to all products for sale including items, which are commissioned.  The majority of

items sent to you shall be delivered on First Class recorded, which is Signed For.  Items

sent on recorded delivery will be insured against should items become lost or damaged in

transit.  Proof of posting will be obtained on all items.


Delivery Packaging

Greeting cards

Single cards shall be sent in a hard-backed envelope.  Multiples of cards shall be protected

and secured in suitable packaging.


Drawings / sketches / paintings

Completed pictures shall be sent in flat, hard-backed envelopes up to A4 size.  Larger sizes

from A4 plus shall be rolled and sealed in a cardboard postal tube.


Photographic Prints

Single sheets of photographic paper up to A4 size shall be sent in a flat, hard-backed

envelope.  Larger sheets at A4 plus shall be sent in a cardboard postal tube.  Flat

cardboard packaging shall be used to protect mounted photographic prints.

For photographic prints, which are mounted as well as framed will have to be collected by

the customer due to the fragile nature of glass items.


Returns 

All work commissioned will be done to highest possible standards and would like you to be

completely happy with your order.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied,

please return item(s) in unused condition within 7 working days of receiving your item. 

 

Items returned to me within 7 days will have a full refund minus the postage and

packaging costs.  The customer will be required to pay the full postage costs of any

returned items(s).

 

A refund shall be made upon receipt of returned items.

 

Unfortunately, this will not apply to items, which are personalised in the form of wording

or personal photographs such as with names and specific greetings. 

 

Any items, including personalised items, which become damaged or lost in transit, can be

refunded in full or the item can be replaced free of charge.
